Ingredients
- 2 pinch of salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup sliced sitaw
- ½ cup sliced ampalaya, rinsed well
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 pc medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup sliced okra
- 1 cup cubed kalabasa
- 1 cup sliced eggplant
- 2 pcs tomato, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Bottle Tuyo Gourmet, drained
Preparation
- Heat cooking oil in a pot. Sauté garlic, onion, and tomato. Continue to cook until the onion softens, then pour water and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add kalabasa, okra and sitaw in 2-minute intervals.
- Add ampalaya, eggplant, and drained Tuyo Gourmet altogether and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.

Ingredients
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, torn into small pieces
- 1 Japanese cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 3 fresh tomatoes, sliced
- 2 salted eggs, sliced
- Dressing: 2 tbsp. Honey Cider Vinegar
Preparation
- Toss together the cucumber, tomato, and romaine lettuce in a large salad bowl.
- Top the mixture with sliced avocado and salted eggs.
- Drizzle honey cider vinegar for dressing over the salad just before serving.
- Best paired with Gourmet Tuyo.

- 1 ripe Avocado, sliced
- 1 cup fresh milk
- ¼ cup ice or as needed
- Optional: 1 tbsp. Coco sugar
- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Preparation
- Blend the fresh milk, ice, and/or vanilla ice cream until very smooth.
- Add the avocado and blend again until thick and smooth.
- Add coco sugar as desired and serve immediately.
