Ingredients

  • 2 pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup sliced sitaw
  • ½ cup sliced ampalaya, rinsed well
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 pc medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup sliced okra
  • 1 cup cubed kalabasa
  • 1 cup sliced eggplant
  • 2 pcs tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Bottle Tuyo Gourmet, drained

Preparation

  1. Heat cooking oil in a pot. Sauté garlic, onion, and tomato. Continue to cook until the onion softens, then pour water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add kalabasa, okra and sitaw in 2-minute intervals. 
  3. Add ampalaya, eggplant, and drained Tuyo Gourmet altogether and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.

Honey Cider Vegetable Salad_

Ingredients

  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, torn into small pieces
  • 1 Japanese cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 3 fresh tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 salted eggs, sliced
  • Dressing: 2 tbsp. Honey Cider Vinegar

Preparation

  1. Toss together the cucumber, tomato, and romaine lettuce in a large salad bowl.
  2. Top the mixture with sliced avocado and salted eggs.
  3. Drizzle honey cider vinegar for dressing over the salad just before serving.
  4. Best paired with Gourmet Tuyo.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • ¼ cup ice or as needed
  • Optional: 1 tbsp. Coco sugar
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Preparation

  1. Blend the fresh milk, ice, and/or vanilla ice cream until very smooth.
  2. Add the avocado and blend again until thick and smooth.
  3. Add coco sugar as desired and serve immediately.
